"Mommy"

I don't want to ever forget the sound of Jack's sweet little baby voice. Will I forget how he sounded as he grows up. I pray I do not.

This morning I woke up at 4:00am and couldn't go back to sleep....so I went downstairs and read for a while. Then out of the darkness and silence I heard the sweetest little voice, "Mommy." It was so little and sounded so small and sweet and helpless. I just don't want to ever forget that sweet baby voice like I heard it this morning.

When I went back upstairs he had fallen back to sleep...but I kissed him and told him that I was there and he snuggle in next to me. I love you sweet angel...
