We received the call yesterday. Of our 15 eggs:1 was over mature, 3 were damaged during retrieval, 3 did not survive the ICSI process, and of the remaining 8 only 4 fertilized properly.
What a shock. They do say after 40 the egg quality really drops dramatically....so disappointed.
Dear God, we are praying so hard for one last miracle.
